16¶When the even was come, they brought unto him many that were possessed with devils:
and he cast out the spirits with his word,
and healed all that were sick

I believe as followers of Jesus, we often assume that because we don’t have very much faith, we cannot see the miraculous happen. But Jesus was so positive and inspiring. And said we only needed faith
“as a grain of mustard seed.”

In order to witness the impossible happen.
Like seeing a mountain in our way; “remove to yonder place” —Matthew 17:20

How did Jesus rescue them and “cast out” these tormenting spirits from their lives?

Most general cases of demonic strongholds in a persons mind or thought-patterns can be resolved and healed simply
“with his word.” —Matthew 8:16

You don’t need to be brave or mighty or have a lot of faith. You just need a mustard seed of faith, that Gods word will do what He has pledged it would.

The power doesn’t come from you, necessarily.
There’s power in the Word itself.
This should make us want to know our bibles all the more.

then devils can be cast out
